- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and empathy
- Resolve customer complaints using de-escalation techniques and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with overnight logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory management
- Maintain accurate transaction records and update customer databases in real-time
- Monitor security protocols during low-traffic periods and report suspicious activities
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail (6+ months preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work in the UK
- Flexible availability between 6 PM - 6 AM (minimum 20 hours/week)
