Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and provide detailed recommendations based on current specials and ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system with speed and precision.
- Deliver orders to tables, ensuring temperature and presentation standards are met.
- Upsell premium items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic learners.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a high energy level.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Alcohol Awareness certification (TIPS) is required for serving alcohol.
