Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify critical gaps in our current infrastructure versus 2026 requirements.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Next-Gen Cloud) to integrate into our core product lines.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to ensure 100% operational continuity and security by the 2026 fiscal year.
- Act as the primary liaison between the R&D team and executive leadership regarding future tech trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, IT architecture, or product management within a tech-forward organization.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and data analytics as they pertain to future readiness.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
