Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategy aligning our engineering goals with the projected technological landscape of 2026.
- Lead Advanced R&D: Oversee research initiatives in spatial computing, advanced neural networks, and autonomous systems.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable backend architectures that are resilient against emerging security threats and capable of handling projected data volumes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and collaborate with product and design leads to ensure cohesive execution of the 2026 vision.
- Predictive Maintenance: Implement AI-driven systems to predict and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks before they impact users.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Future-Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of trends set to define 2026, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Web3 protocols.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex scalability problems and lead teams through rapid technological pivots.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certification: Relevant certifications in cloud architecture or AI/ML are highly preferred.
