Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and oversee the development of scalable, resilient, and futuristic system architectures that align with our 2026 strategic roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-Tech, Advanced AI) and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our product ecosystem.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business goals into technical strategies, ensuring architectural decisions drive long-term value and innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Stack: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI/ML integration, Edge Computing, or Quantum Computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
