- Mentor 3-5 junior baristas on flavor profiles and service excellence
- Curate seasonal coffee tastings and educational workshops
- Manage inventory of premium single-origin beans and specialty ingredients
- Develop innovative drink menus aligned with local culinary trends
- Ensure flawless café operations during peak service hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with espresso certification
- Proven track record in staff training and quality control
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service with ability to handle high-volume service
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
- Food Handler's Safety Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
