Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while handling cash/card payments
- Collaborate with team to manage inventory, restock supplies, and uphold quality standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation or customer service role
