- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation and customer service standards
- Manage inventory ordering and maintain premium quality control for coffee and supplies
- Develop seasonal drink menus featuring local and sustainable ingredients
- Lead peak-hour operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Build relationships with regular customers and create personalized experiences

Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with specialty coffee certification
- Advanced knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
