- Manage inventory control and quality assurance for premium coffee products
- Curate personalized tasting experiences for discerning clientele
- Oversee daily operations during peak hours while maintaining impeccable standards

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional barista experience with demonstrated expertise in espresso and manual brewing
- SCAA/SCA certification or equivalent advanced coffee credentials
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume, premium service environments
- Exceptional palate development and sensory analysis skills
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
- Mastery of latte art and presentation techniques
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, luxury retail settings
- Strong inventory management and cost control acumen
