Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee preparation with precision (espresso, latte art, cold brew)
- Mentor and train junior baristas on beverage techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of coffee beans and supplies
- Lead shift operations, ensuring peak efficiency during peak hours
- Develop seasonal drink menus and conduct staff tastings
- Uphold rigorous cleanliness and safety standards
- Drive customer loyalty through personalized service and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art skills
- Proven leadership ability in fast-paced service environments
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure during rushes
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Valid Texas Food Handler's License
