As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a perfect cup of coffee.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specialty drinks.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including coffee machines and serving counters.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and manage orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong passion for coffee culture and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
