Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and teas, following our strict recipes and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the espresso bar, dining area, and restrooms spotless and organized at all times to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; restock as needed and report shortages.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register accurately, process payments, and handle transactions efficiently.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving pastries and light breakfast items in accordance with food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and milk texturing techniques.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 30 lbs.
