Responsibilities
- Master espresso extraction and develop seasonal specialty drinks
- Train and mentor new baristas on beverage techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory control and ensure premium ingredient quality
- Drive customer loyalty through personalized service and product knowledge
- Collaborate with pastry chefs on innovative coffee pairings
- Maintain cleanliness across all coffee stations and equipment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art skills
- Proven ability to lead and train barista teams
- Knowledge of coffee sourcing, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service with multilingual capabilities (Spanish/English)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
