Responsibilities
- Execute crowd control and guest flow management at major events
- Provide exceptional VIP hospitality services including concierge support
- Operate technical equipment (AV, lighting) under supervision

- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders seamlessly
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
- Maintain brand standards across all guest interactions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
