Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences through professional crowd management and attendee assistance
- Maintain venue safety standards while enforcing event protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate VIP guest services including registration, credential verification, and hospitality suites
- Manage inventory and logistics for event materials, equipment, and promotional items
- Provide real-time support to event coordinators and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, vendors, and venue staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, event coordination, or customer service roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to event locations
- Physical stamina required for standing/walking 8+ hours and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency in basic event technology (registration systems, radios, mobile apps)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
