Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and credential verification
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with attendee inquiries
- Oversee venue setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event spaces
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Handle ticket scanning and access control at entry points
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd management techniques
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
