Responsibilities
- Expertly craft espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment hygiene standards
- Process orders through POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with remote team on inventory and operational improvements
- Develop seasonal menu items and tasting experiences
- Train new hires on coffee techniques and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years specialty coffee experience
- Advanced latte art and espresso certification preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in hybrid work environments
- Food safety certification (ServSafe)
- Flexibility to work across multiple SF locations
- Portfolio of coffee creations required
