Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee brewing techniques with meticulous attention to detail
- Train and mentor new baristas on beverage protocols and customer engagement
- Manage inventory ordering and maintain equipment to premium standards
- Develop innovative seasonal menu items aligned with local ingredients
- Drive exceptional customer service through personalized beverage recommendations
- Collaborate with management on café operations and team scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Proven leadership in high-volume café environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing science, and sensory analysis
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure
- Commitment to sustainability practices and ethical sourcing
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
