Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end systems for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring seamless integration of AI models with quantum computing nodes.
- Lead the technical strategy for large-scale data pipelines, optimizing for high-throughput processing and low-latency inference.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, security experts, and researchers, to define technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks and ensure system integrity.
- Define and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure, containerization, and microservices deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or high-performance computing environments.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
