Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Neural Networks: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant neural architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data for autonomous decision-making.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead technical strategy sessions to align product development with the evolving landscape of AGI and autonomous agents.
- Optimize Compute Efficiency: Engineer systems that maximize inference speed while minimizing energy consumption on edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure ethical AI deployment and data privacy.
- Prototype Deployment: Spearhead the development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) autonomous systems and transition them to production-ready environments.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Autonomous Systems: Experience with SLAM, computer vision, or reinforcement learning in physical or virtual agents.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical vision from conception to delivery.
