Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical vision for the 2026 AI & Quantum integration strategy.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team in designing hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Architect fault-tolerant, scalable systems capable of handling exascale computing workloads.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex research into actionable product roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) on next-gen hardware.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our long-term development cycles.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML and emerging tech.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-stakes environment.
