Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on LLMs, predictive analytics, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency to ensure real-time application responsiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like reinforcement learning and generative AI to drive product differentiation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying models to production environments with rigorous monitoring and version control.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
