Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of a next-generation AI infrastructure capable of scaling to billions of requests.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision for Project 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI safety) and integrating them into our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency, improve model inference speeds, and optimize cloud costs.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting POCs (Proof of Concepts) for cutting-edge AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Infrastructure: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering on complex roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
