Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge AI models and neural networks capable of autonomous learning.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in defining technical strategy and best practices for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimize existing systems for high scalability, low latency, and massive throughput.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
