Responsibilities
- Design Core Architectures: Lead the design and implementation of next-generation neural networks and machine learning models tailored for Project 2026.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of AI algorithms for low-latency, high-throughput performance in distributed environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and ethical standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- R&D Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, identifying emerging technologies to integrate into the 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and design scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
