Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and implement robust AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-scale workloads by 2026.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced Deep Learning models, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate strategic 2026 product goals into technical roadmaps and actionable development plans.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and compliance standards for automated decision-making systems.
- Cloud Integration: Optimize model inference on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and edge computing devices.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to deliver high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and RESTful API design.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in Transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong background in cloud-native architectures and MLOps practices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation in AI applications.
