- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Build stakeholder relationships with industry disruptors, academic institutions, and policy makers
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and trend reports with predictive analytics
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030
- Mentor teams in futures-thinking methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping frameworks
- Proven experience translating future insights into commercial product strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Certification in Causal Layered Analysis or similar foresight methodology
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts to diverse audiences
