Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
