Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification
- Direct attendees and maintain crowd flow
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Collaborate with event coordinators and security teams
- Operate basic AV equipment when required
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours in active environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to pass basic background check
