Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee/espresso drinks according to recipe standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate cash flow
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and uphold cleanliness standards
- Train new team members on beverage preparation and service protocols
- Collaborate with staff during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in daily store opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
