Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and blended beverages according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and resolving any issues with a smile.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Restock supplies such as cups, milk, syrups, and pastries to ensure smooth operations.
- Learn and perform latte art techniques to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions accurately.
