Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service with a smile.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including espresso machines and counters.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and recipes to ensure product consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Enthusiasm for learning new recipes and coffee brewing techniques.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
