Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across guest interactions
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest concerns
- Support event coordination and special requests
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Valid Nevada work permit (if applicable)
