Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems using modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Optimize LLM inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Design robust prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning workflows for autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex software ecosystems.
- Establish security and compliance protocols for AI model governance and data privacy.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI research to drive continuous innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications in production.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
