Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to clients.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and workflow processes.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates as required.
- Assist in training new team members when needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
