Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Restock supplies such as milk, syrups, and pastries to ensure the bar is fully stocked.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
