Responsibilities
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist in the efficient setup of venues, including tables, chairs, signage, and audio-visual equipment before events and the breakdown process afterward.
- Guest Relations: Greet attendees warmly, manage entry points, and provide directions or information to ensure a seamless check-in process.
- Crowd Management: Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance, redirect traffic flow when necessary, and de-escalate minor conflicts professionally.
- Vendor Support: Coordinate with event organizers and vendors to ensure all operational needs are met during the event.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand standards at all times.
- Material Distribution: Distribute promotional materials, swag bags, or tickets to attendees in an organized manner.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Consistent track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) and performing physical tasks.
- Professionalism: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior event experience is a plus but not mandatory.
