Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and directing them to event areas.
- Manage crowd control and line organization to ensure a safe and orderly flow.
- Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, and tickets to attendees.
- Monitor event spaces for safety compliance and report any issues to management immediately.
- Assist with registration processes and check-in procedures efficiently.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
