Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Serve as the friendly face of the event, welcoming guests and attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Registration & Check-in: Efficiently manage check-in desks, ticket scanning, and registration processes to ensure smooth entry for all guests.
- Crowd Management: Monitor crowd flow and ensure a safe and orderly environment, directing attendees to appropriate areas as needed.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, amenities, and directions to ensure a positive attendee experience.
- Setup & Teardown: Assist with the efficient setup of event signage, banners, and temporary infrastructure before the event and breakdown after.
- General Support: Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including waste management, assisting vendors, and maintaining a clean venue.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs) for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in various weather conditions and diverse event environments.
- Background: No prior event experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
