Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests at event entrances with a smile and professional demeanor.
- Assist with event setup, including table arrangements, decorations, and signage.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the shift.
- Direct attendees to various areas, including restrooms, concessions, and VIP sections.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest inquiries or issues promptly.
- Assist with registration and check-in processes using event management software.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
