Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to VIP guests and corporate clients
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and credential verification processes
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination with precision
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety protocols and brand standards compliance
- Act as primary liaison between clients, vendors, and event management teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Support audiovisual technology and interactive elements during events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Availability for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
