Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservation systems and process payments accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries with local recommendations and troubleshooting
- Maintain immaculate lobby and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Operate POS systems and manage cash handling procedures
- Execute emergency protocols with calm professionalism
- Contribute to nightly reconciliation reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn systems
- Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude under pressure during peak hours
