Responsibilities
- Oversee venue operations during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 2 AM)
- Manage 10+ staff members including hosts, servers, and bartenders
- Handle customer service escalations and ensure premium guest experiences
- Monitor inventory and ordering for weekend rush periods
- Implement safety protocols during high-volume service hours
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless operations
- Train new staff on evening/weekend procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality or shift management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Availability for all weekend shifts and 3+ evenings weekly
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shifts
