Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in assigned departments
- Ensure store shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing before opening
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling heavy merchandise
- Assist with unloading deliveries and proper storage of inventory
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for 4:00 AM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with inventory software preferred
