Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments using provided equipment
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Report maintenance needs for equipment and store facilities
Qualifications
- Reliable early morning availability (shifts typically 4 AM - 10 AM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic inventory management knowledge preferred
- Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Stamina for physical tasks in a fast-paced setting
- No experience necessary - equipment training provided
