Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in a timely manner
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planograms
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory control
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Complete inventory counts and stock reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking needs
Qualifications
- Availability to work 4 AM - 9 AM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Energy Park Dr location
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
