Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with precision and efficiency
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and meet targets
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Adhere to all food safety and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
