Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise according to company standards
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display cases with precision and efficiency
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflow
- Adhere to all food safety and OSHA compliance protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and price labeling as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
