Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments efficiently and accurately
- Organize and maintain product displays in all store departments
- Execute inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces
- Support price marking and promotional signage implementation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday - Sunday)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
