Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to coordinate stocking priorities
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation tasks
- Report maintenance issues or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (typically 4 AM - 12 PM)
- Previous retail or warehouse stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
